YOUNG ADULT DYSTOPIAN THRILLER

LOVE ISLAND meets THE HUNGER GAMES, but with a matchmaking algorithm twist akin to MATCHED in this dystopian thriller.

Eighteen-year-old Augusta Moore gets cast in a reality TV dating show competition that promises to find her perfect match and the chance to win enough money to pay for her brother’s OCD treatment. All she has to do is allow them to use the footage to build an AI replica that is sold to the show’s sponsors. She agrees, but she soon regrets it as the algorithm matches her up with someone from her past; the wildly arrogant Hudson St. James. 

Filming begins in the Canadian wilderness, where the show strives to test each pair's connection with challenges. Viewers vote to eliminate their least favourite pairings, and are unknowingly killing them as producers use AI copies to maintain the illusion they’ve simply been sent home. Augusta and Hudson will have to work together if they want to make it out alive, only she’s not sure who wants her dead more—the show or him.
